— Founder's note —
A note from Carletta.
When I opened the first Capelli in 2015, I wasn't trying to build the biggest salon in Las Vegas. I was trying to build a place I'd want to work in — and a place my clients would want to come back to for years, not appointments.
Ten years and three locations later, that's still the test. Every stylist we hire, every chair we add, every training we invest in — it has to make the salon better for the people in it. The clients in the chair, and the artists doing the work.
What that looks like in practice: a real apprenticeship pipeline so new talent learns by doing alongside masters; ongoing education from the leading colorists in the country so our team stays current; and a culture where stylists build their own books with our support behind them, not over their shoulder.
If you're new to Capelli, welcome. If you've been with us since the beginning, thank you. Either way — your hair is in good hands.
